  • How long does it take to process my order?
    Since all products are custom made on demand, it takes 5-10 days for our distributor to process your order before shipping.
  • Can I change or cancel my order after it’s placed?
    Since all products are created on demand, changes or cancellations may not be possible once the order is in production. Contact us as soon as possible to discuss your options.
  • What shipping options are available within the U.S.?
    We offer shipping to all 50 states, Washington, DC, U.S. P.O. Boxes, territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Shipping costs and delivery methods vary based on location and selected products.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    No, we currently only ship to addresses within the United States, including Washington, DC, U.S. territories, and military/diplomatic addresses (APO/FPO/DPO).
  • How long does shipping take?
    After processing, orders usually arrive within 4-10 business days. Delivery times may vary due to weather, order size, or other factors beyond our control.
  • How do I report a lost package?
    For packages lost in transit, submit a claim within 15 days of the estimated delivery date to support@ceicstore.com.
  • What should I do if I receive a defective product?
    If your product is defective or damaged, contact us at Support@CEICStore.com within 15 days of receipt to arrange a return.
  • What is your return policy?
    We accept returns only for misprinted, damaged, or defective items. Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order to submit a claim.
  • Are there any items that cannot be returned?
    Sealed products, such as face masks, cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.
  • What happens if my returned item isn’t claimed?
    If a return goes unclaimed, it will be donated to charity after 30 days.
  • Who is responsible for shipping costs on returned orders?
    If a package is returned due to an incorrect or insufficient address, or goes unclaimed, you will be responsible for reshipment costs.
  • Can I return a product if the color or size is different from what I expected?
    Slight variations in color or size may occur. These are not considered defects, and returns for such reasons are not accepted.
  • What if I provided the wrong address when placing my order?
    If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, you will need to cover the cost of reshipping after confirming the updated address.
